The Ele-Reception Sponsorship Programme brings business and schools together. The school benefit from a FREE visitor management system allowing funds to be used elsewhere and the business can be seen on a daily basis supporting the local community and education for less than it costs to sponsor the local grassroots football kit.
School receptions have a large footfall on a daily basis including staff, visitors and parents/guardians. The Ele-Reception screen can display the business logo with a message saying "Kindly Sponsored By....". Business are really eager to support young people and the community and this provides excellent value for money and ensures that savings achieved by the school can be spent on products or services that have a meaningful impact on the pupils.
HOW IT WORKS: We are collecting a register of schools and businesses that are interested or would like to participate in the programme. School Supplier will then marry the two together.

Why sponsoring a school provides best value
The school reception is the focal point of the school. The visitor management screen is the focal point of the reception.
On a daily basis the Ele-Reception screen is used by staff, parents/guardians and multiple visitors. On an annual basis a school will average over 3000 visitors. The business is seen to be supporting the local community and education. In comparison to sponsoring the local sports kit, your logo will be seen a minimum of 5 days a week instead of once a week and be seen by thousands more people and supporting hundreds more.

Q: Will the school need to pay anything?
A: No, all costs are to be provided by the sponsor and supported by School Supplier.
Q: How long is it for?
A: The programme runs on an annual basis. There is an opportunity for business to sponsor the school for a longer period.
Q: Who has the final say on the home screen artwork?
A: School Supplier will work in partnership with both parties to design and authorise the look and feel of the screen.
Q: Can the sponsor add more information?
A: Yes, if required, additional information pages or messages can be added. However we are guarded against effecting the efficiency of the system.
Q: Can the business post images on social media?
A: We will work with both parties to ensure the business is able to post about their support and encourage schools to support where possible.
